As long as you give it a good shake to mix it all after you'll be fine as any hotter areas and colder areas merge. The no no has come from people microwaving bottles and just handing them to the child, so hot pockets have caused injury.

Whenever I made my sons bottles ahead of time and took them from the fridge I microwaved them too its a no no but really I only ever heated them enough that they were room temp and just turned them up and down a few times so there was no hot spots.

Hmm that may be a issue bc my son refuses anything but warm bottles

Ya i never gave my son warm only ever room temperature made it much easier when out and about etc or couldn't heat up a bottle. If your concerned with the microwave than a warmer would probably be best for you :)

It really depends on how warm you mean. I give ds a warm bottle by giving the water a 50s blast then adding the powder, so any potential hotspots have been shaken away. But as youre premixing I don't know if that would cause you too much concern. If you're going to worry then a warmer is probably best like pp says

I wouldn't ever microwave a bottle! But tbh I wouldn't microwave anything. In fact I won't even be in the room when the things on!

Hahaha i love my microwave.. but just too nervous to use them for bottles.. i wish they sold half scoops so i could make one at a time.. jonathan has been eating five oz for over a month!

if ive lost count I just add half a scoop then its either only half under or half over
