OMG ladies how in the world did I (or anyone for that matter) go though this in the beginning. I had tons of these cracks, and now that I only have one I want to cry every time he is to nurse on that side. I believe he bit down with his brand new tooth in the middle of the night, one day, and now I just want to cry from the pain. 
Anyone have this and is there anything different I should be doing now that he is one?
Is a very healthy baby but very small (less that the 1st percentile) and still nurses over 10 times in a 24 hr period, so I don't get much of a break yet.
