Cramping 2/3 days after Ovulation?

Anyone had this and been a positive outcome? And some back pains.....

I keep getting some sharp pains at 5dpo but it's prob nothing as it's far too early.
2-3 dpo is far to early to have any signs, if they still there in a few days then that could be good 😊
