Cramping 4 weeks 1 day

Hi everyone, new here!
First time pregnant, 4w1d

So I'm experiencing period like cramping but the part that worries me is the cramping on my left side.. it's really similar to ovulation cramps is the best way to describe it.
Is this normal? I had it last night and this morning, when I'm walking around I don't really notice it but when I'm lying down I seem to feel it most.

Any suggestions? Anyone had anything similar? I worry about ectopic pregnancy

All very normal. Just bubba settling in. As long as they’re not excruciating and you’re not bleeding then it’s perfectly normal. Congratulations

Thats totally normal hon. It's baby getting settled.
I had them pains at 4 weeks too.

Thank you girlys.
Makes me feel better. Was worried it was just me. They aren't bad cramps, just a full ache. Hopefully they subside soon!
