Cramping @ 4weeks 6 days

Hello I am 4weeks 6days and have notice cramping with no spotting when sitting. Whats weird is the cramping goes away when I stand up has anyone else had this and turned out okay. The crampings not severe just uncomfortable. This pregnancy so far is really different from the last one at this stage last time I had really bad morning sickness, sore breast, spotting, cramping(bad), heartburn, headaches. This time is no sore breasts hardly any morning sickness and then the cramping when I sit. My doctor wont see me until week 8 even though I had the miscarriage because she feels miscarriages are common and its only if I have a second one that there is a concern.

I believe cramping is totally normal in early pregnancy and that you should only be worried if your bleeding. I had cramping until about 6 weeks or so and everything is going great with this pregnancy. The Dr told me it was just your uterus starting to expand
