Cramping, AF not due yet

Ok... I need help with PLEASE.

For my first time ever, I did the Hcg trigger shot at CD16. We have NOT started any clomid yet. Dr. wanted to just to the trigger shot for a few cycles before starting clomid. Today is CD23 and I have been having some strong menstrual type cramps. Sometimes it is just like menstrual cramps, but other times it is more localized to one side. Is this from the trigger shot? My isn't due until this weekend and I don't usually have cramps this early before she arrives. Anyone have any ideas? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I had PMS-like cramps and then began feeling really bloated and nauseated. I called my OB office and they said it could be side effects of the shot. I have also been peeing alot more frequently, which I have also researched now as another side effect. I think it's odd to just now be feeling this way and it's been a week since I had the shot and the amt of hcg is supposed to lessen each day, so you'd think the effects would lessen, also??? Oh well....wishful thinking, I guess.
