Cramping after egg transfer

Ok so we had our eggs transferred Tuesday just gone( 5days ago), 2 eggs at 5 day blastocyst.... it's been nearly two years since we did this last and I can't remember if we had cramping this many days after? Has anyone had cramps and had a bfp? I want to say the cramps aren't really period like but more like shooting/ stabbing pains.....

I've had such horrid weird cramps this cycle that I made an appt to discuss and possibly get an ovary ultrasound... got a the next day. Hang in there, it could be a good sign

It's so worrying and stressful.... I'm trying to just go with it .... but god it's hard! Thankyou for the encouragment
