Cramping and pain but no bleeding anyone else?

I don't know where to put this. I have lost 5 pregnancies and never experienced anything like this.
I don't know if my pregnancy is progressing or not so I don't know if this belongs in this section.
3days ago I started having severe back pain and started cramping. I fully expected to start bleeding and passing clots. The next day (yesterday) was much better but I was still cramping and having stabbing pains in my uterus. Last night was not bad but today the cramping and stabbing pains in the uterus area is back. I really feel like the pain is exactly like past m/c's but I have no bleeding what so ever. Has anyone experienced anything like this before? Did the bleeding start before the pain?
I can't get into the O&G for another 2weeks. I don't feel like I can go to the ED department because I have pain when I am not bleeding.

Mild cramping and a few stabbing pains can be normal, I had them in my healthy pregnancies, but if its really painful maybe you should get checked out.
