Cramping? Anyone had this?

Has anyone experienced quite strong cramps that come and go sometimes…?? I get them and I get scared as I don’t know how far gone I am (I think im between 5-7 weeks) and keep getting scared im gonna miscarry…..no blood or anything and got constant neausea and sickness in the morning which im sure is a good sign….

Am I worrying over nothing???

Dont worry hun... i think everyone gets it. ts the stretching of everything inside. Apparently it feels the same as af because its all the same bits that are moving.

Im panicking because my cramping has disappeared the last few days! Is that normal??

I went through stages in the first trimester where I'd have terrible cramps for a week or more and then I'd have breaks where I felt fine so it's nothing to worry about. Sometimes you just grow faster than others I guess.

If I did too much - which sometimes was just walking to the shop it made the cramps worse too.

Ok thanks...i just read some posts on cramps and it seems alot of us have it so i feel better....doesnt help when you havent pooed for ages!!!! ha ha ha

i thought i was too panicky!

I have been getting cramps too. Its normal Hun.

Hello,
Cramps are perfectly normal espically around the time you should be getting your period. I had really severe cramps on the right side afew weeks ago and my dr thought it was either appendicitis or an ectopic luckily it turned out not to be anything! Try not to worry unless you have any bleeding you should be fine, xx

Exactly what the others said, it's completely normal as your body begins stretching and growing for the baby. If your cramps are accompanied by any bleeding or become particularly severe than I would go ahead and consult your doctor. Good luck with your pregnancy

Phew im so glad ive joined this forum - ive only just found out that im pregnant and apparently im 5 weeks according to an internet due date calander and im seeing my doc on weds to check and confirm everything but until then im getting so worried as ive been having cramps and period pains so im more relaxed now to see im not the only one and that its normal. xx

The cramps in my first tri were horrible and my sicckness was so bad I had to have anti sickness tablets, I worried all the time. I know you cant stop worrying but try not to stress! I was just thinking today how I cant believe all the stressing I did!!!
