Cramping at 9 dpo while ttc?

Hello All.

I am new to this forum so please ignore if I do something stupid.
Me and my husband are ttc for 1 and half year now. I get cramps at 9 dpo when we baby dance around ovulation. Every time, we think of cramps as implantation cramps. However, I get AF at routine time after 8-10 days of cramping. Twice in the ttc period, we have taken a break as my husband was out of station, the periods arrive without so much of advance cramping. Usual AF cramps come one day before MP. All of my tests and husband tests are normal. HSG and laproscopy have confirmed healthy tubes. Husband semen is normal. Doctors are saying that reason for infertility can not be diagnosed. This month again, I am having cramps at 9 dpo.
Can anyone please advice the probable reason of cramping. Is is possible that implantation do happen but does not nurture?

Please help as I am getting tired of ttc and disappointments every month.

Do you chart? That will help you figure out if you are implanting and then miscarrying.
