cramping???!!!! help!

I am having some cramping after the artificial insemination done today is that normal??


it is annoying but I am not sure if I should be worried or not.

Do not worry about the pain, lady…it’s quite normal. Some women will experience cramping after insemination. Moreover, my doctor said, the introduction of sperm into the uterus is timed in such a way that it coincides with the process of ovulation. It is not uncommon for women to experience cramps during ovulation. So, the uterine cramps that one may be experiencing may actually be ovulation cramps, which would soon subside.
Do not use aspirin or Motrin like products for cramping as this may affect ovulation or implantation.

thank you for your reply!!! I will avoid motrin. I am excited and hopeful that I will have a bfp in 2 weeks.
