cramping in top of belly??

Hey guys.

For the past hour or so the top of my belly (kinda between my boobs, but under them) has been cramping up. its been somewhat painful. Im 31 weeks and im wondering if this is something i should be worried about. Its kinda like my stomach is getting tied in knots.

Are these contractions or just another normal pregnancy pain?

They may be severe Bransto hicks.
In general they arent painfull but they can be, maybe check with someone though just for piece of mind?
