cramping on first day of bbt spike! Normal?

soooo I have just began temping and opks this month. Has anyone experienced cramping the first day of your bbt spike?? Mind you, I experienced little to no cramping before spike in bbt. Is this normal? What could it be??

We're the cramps you felt just like period cramps?
I had this 1dpo so the first temp spike day too. I think it's due to the Fallopian tubes contracting to help the egg along.
