cramping

this is my 3rd and i have really bad vaginal cramping no bleeding just cramps down there

I've been having cramps for about 2 weeks, since about 3w5d from LMP...feels a bit like my period is coming. It was worse early on and is only there a little in the afternoons/evening now. I've been told it's perfectly normal and is just the uterus stretching. Drinking lots of water definitely helps!

I had a lot of cramps if I was dehydrated early on. It did feel like minor period cramps. I think that's perfectly normal.

I get that all the time on and off and I am 6.5 weeks...I swear I always feel like I am getting my period lol but nothing is there
