cramping?

ive been having crampy pains most of the day, nothing too severe but like mild AF pains that im aware of IYKWIM? Is this normal, im 14+1 now and a bit concerned....

any thoughts/advice would be really appreciated ta x

I am exactly 14 weeks and 1 day too and also been getting cramping again recently xxx

Perfectly normal, mine got worse around the 14 week mark, and was told it's just the ligaments and muscles stretching. x
