Cramps!

Ok so today is meant to be AF day but she hasn't arrived yet. Last night I was kept awake with the worst cramps I have ever had to endure. Is this normal to feel cramps like AF is here but she doesn't rear her annoying head? In so much pain and feel sick by it

Hi, from what I have read and been told (a friend of mine very recently got pregnant) one the early signs of pregnancy is cramping just like when AF is due. My friend said she was convinced she was getting AF and then it turned out she was actually pregnant. It has something to do with the uterus growing and preparing for the pregnancy - so keep your fingers crossed and hope AF stays away!! x
