Craving ice-cream

A friend told me that craving ice-cream during the TWW is a sure sign AF is around the corner ... I'm 1dpo currently (8-11)

Is that true?
Thoughts?

I would have to say not true, you can crave anything at anytime doesn't mean af is coming, I always crave ice cream because I love it
