Ok, I know that I'm daft for asking this, but as I'm in the 2ww after my first ivf treatment (7dp2dt) I've lost all claim to rationality....

So, this afternoon I'd finished a class and was walking along chatting to a friend. Looked up, saw my bus pull up, said a hurried goodbye and then...ran about 10m to the bus stop.

Eek. My dr said no exercise during 2ww. Does running to catch a bus (and then having to hold on for dear life while rummaging in my bag for money on a lurching bus) count? Naturally I've spent the entire journey frantically googling and imagining that I have pain on my right side. I so so so don't want to have messed this up.....

Hi Hun.
I don't think u would of done any harm. I was told after my embryo transfer that it was ok to run ride my bike go swimming ect and I went on to have a bfp. My little one is now 7 months. Just find a little time each day to put ur feet up.
Wish u the best of luck and please keep us posted.

i think you will be fine chick, i was so obsessive over every little thing i did nothing at all for the whole 2 weeks and it did me no good, i realise now that it wouldnt change the outcome x

Don't worry, if exercise stopped people getting pregnant no-one would manage it! It won't have made any difference.

Good luck!

I agree with the others that it won't have done any damage hun! Good luck! :dust:

Thank you everyone - I know it's silly but I really needed the reassurance! I swear I'm more obsessive than normal at the moment...and dh is just as nervous.

tansey - good luck with the iui - when are you testing?

You were all such stars reassuring me during the 2ww that I just had to let you know....I found out today that I'm pregnant! :happydance::happydance: As you all so wisely said, the running-for-the-bus incident didn't affect anything!

ah wonderful news! Congratulation to you! X x x hope am as lucky as you hun he he x

What wonderful news!
When we got pregnant after our first round of IVF we expected it to be the longest pregnancy in history because we knew from day 1 but it flew by. Obviously it goes without saying but cherish every moment.

Thank you! I can't help being a little nervous - just so want to know that baby is growing ok in there! Were you like that or am I just being a little nuts? (You can say so, my dh is constantly telling me to relax!)
