we rang to cancel the 15 a month for each of us but this mroning they took out bloody 50 quid! 1, why haven't they cancelled like they asked and 2. Why is it 50 when it should be 30! Ahhh anyone else had troubke with thrm? They will be getting an angry phonecall at 9am!

ive had real problems from them. I cancelled mine as they increased the amount they wee taking from me by about £4 per month withouttellng me. It took 4 weeks for them to respond to my complaint and 6 weeks on they still havnt resolved it.

I had to ring them 3 times before they actually cancelled mine.. each time they told me that there was no record of my asking to cancel during the previous call.

i had an account a while ago and i cancelled it then all of a sudden a few mnth agi they started up the payments again :-/

Ridiculous isn't it! I rang up and of course they had no record of my calling to cancel, I cancelled again and was assured they wouldn't start up again so will see. Can't believe so many of us have had problems they are supposes to help but they actually cause problems!
