Did you or are you planning to use crib bumper pads?

I have not and will not. I used a mesh liner. Like >THIS<

I know generations have used them, but I wanted to make sure if my DD got right up against it, she would not suffocate.

I will not use them, Health Canada also warns against them. They are also weirdly expensive for something pretty but potentially dangerous :/

More of the same -I'd actually been planning to, hehe my mom and i were looking for ones to match our crib set and we were strongly urged to research new safety recommendations (not to use them)

I will be using what BethMaassen showed. A breathable mesh bumper.

I won't be using them.. I had a breathable bumper for my first son but the hospital warned me against them as well because of the risk of rebreathing. Once he could sit up I used them because he occasionally got a limb stuck in the crib bars which was scary sometimes. I know I survived bumpers and sleeping on my tummy, but I'm not willing to take any chances.

They came in our crib set but won't be using it xx
