crosshairs definitely a sign of ovulation?

So I started charting for the first time this month, and opks, cm inspecting etc.
I haven't had any definite positive opks yet and my cm has only gotten to watery stage. My cervix has been high soft and open for about 5 days. My cycle is usually 30 days except my last one of 40 days (guessing I ovulated late).
I'm on cycle day 19 and I'm so confused they think I ovulated on cd 16.
The past three days I have been getting up at different times so using a bbt adjuster and then I got the crosshairs. Will this mean either I have ovulated or my temps are not accurate? X

Never use BBT adjuster, better to just enter the temps you had.

Fertility friend, I started just putting them in normally but saw people on here saying that if you don't adjust them it will all be wrong.. damn

I also use FF and i've noticed that from 7:30am till 11am my temps remain the same. There have been times when i woke up at 8:00am took my temps went back to sleep woke up at 11 or so and they were the same. I hope this is your lucky month but if not from next month if you wake up a bit early or late just go with those temps without any adjustment. GL x
