Csa advice..

I made a claim a few months ago with the csa and i've still heard nothing.. how long does it normally take?

It can take ages. My mate waited 5 months before it was all done as they had a back log of claims

I wouldn't of thought u'd need to write to them... By law they can't give any of ur details out because of the data protection act.

is the csa the same as child maintence?
i got a call from child maintence cause i have submited a cliam for benefits but i kissed the call xx

I am just about to claim, as my long time ex has decided to start mucking me around with money, since joining the army, we have a private arrangement but he pays less then i know he should and now he pays late,

Just tried to use the CSA/direct gov form to apply and it breaks ! this happened to me last time i went to fill it out aswell, is it always a waste of time trying to apply online ?! think i will just ring tomorrow..

TBH i was hoping it would be a maximum of 14 days, they do like to take their time don't they with these things!

They tell u it can take 8weeks... but if the FOB refuses to cooperate it takes alot longer!
