So the CSA set up with the FOB paying via direct debit, this month comes along payment due over 2 weeks ago and nothing... call them up they say he didn't have enough money or he has cancelled the direct debit. They also say they have contacted him and can't get a hold of him....
I contacted him via email about it and I get told how he doesn't have to tell me anything and blocks me...
He also says he has gone to citizens advice as he wants rights, DNA etc to our daughter, like I've told him loads of times I'm not stopping him.

Can't I do anything about this?

If you know where he works, I think you can give the csa the info (address, phone etc) and they can contact his employer who are legally obliged to take the money direct from his wages. Hope you get it sorted asap! Hugs xx

I told them him was working and gave them the details as I know where it is and they still sorted it with him.
Thanks.

I think maybe this is the next step they will take because fob is not conforming. I think they always try and do it amicably first then this is the last resort is fob is being a total twat!! Good luck xx

Give them all the information you have on him. They should send warning letters and call him frequently. Let him piss around if he wants to ( wanting DNA tests) etc but stick to your guns and ensure that he is financially responsible for his child. They should deduct earnings off him and if he does not comply / refuses he can get his driving license taken off him and even end up in prison.

If you are unhappy with CSA progress, call them for updates, they contact the inland revenue for info on fathers, so unless he never has a job in his whole life ever again and is permanently homeless, he is always traceable, you can't work legally without a national insurance number in the UK, so he can't hide. Don't listen to CSA when they say they can't find him, it's just harder work for them is all ( admin, time etc) to chase around after a difficult case.

I hope it gets sorted hun, it's shit how ppl get away with this :nope:
