Im in scotland incase that makes any difference
For last year my sons dad has only been giving me £10 every 2wks but thats because it comes right out his benefit. Now he has a job and i know he wont tell them... He done exact same last year until i finally found out where he worked but soon as csa got to his employer n they gave them th info etc he quit/lost his job, not sure on the reason. Cause of this hes already in £250 debt with csa.
Im worried i wont find out as easy where he works this time so wondering what action csa will take.... I am determind not to let him get aeay with it. Can i seek legal advice for the debt or do i have to leave it to csa?
