Ive put in a claim against Fob as ive just found out where hes living after 9 years of brining up his son so i reported him to the csa hes denying hes the dad and refuses to do a dna test, after 12 weeks ive just found out the calculation they have made is £0 does anyone know why this is hes self employed and owns his own website company

even if he was on benefits he would still have to pay £5 a week. i would appeal!

Defo something wrong there! get onto them about it all they sorted mine out pretty fast and FOB wanted a DNA so i made sure he signed the form! good luck x

It means he isnt doing his taxes and isnt traceable. Only thing you can do is report him for tax evasion, Inland Revenue would have his details if he was doing his taxes - the CSA contact inland revenue. If they have no info, they have no data on him, cant trace him, they presume he isnt working, they check hes not on benefits, and isnt, so the amount becomes £0 :(
