i dont no if anyone remembers a post a while back about fob? basically when lo arrived we agreed he would pay 200pm. a few weeks after he rings to say he cant afford 200 as hes moing in with his gf (the same one he cheated on me with )and he rang the csa and he only as to pay 156pm.
so every month thats what he puts in, i decided to go threw the csa, because of all the lies and schemeing he does such as taking his paternity leave even though he refuses to meet our daughter, lying that he didnt get my text when i was he labour, he literally lies so much he cant keep up with them, nd to think i spent 4yrs with hm disgusts me. i also thought that thi way when he gets promoted etc my daughter will get more.
so the csa rings this morning to say the accessment has been made, the lying little scumbag lied that he rang them, he actually has to pay 225pm and he has to back date it 2months. i cant beleve after everything hes done he would con his own kid out of food and clothes.

i guess this is alittle bit of karma, but he deserves alot more

Good for you Hun, I will be doing the same once my little one arrives, he hasn't acknowledged my pregnancy and has now changed his num so I can't contact him, well he's gonna get a nasty surprise when the c/a come calling for him lol, if their not man enough to be a real dad to their child , the c/a should be a reminder for them x

Why won't they help you?
It took 6weeks For me an after 4 I haven't heard so I got in contact with them. Although they have said that we can sort out payments between us, this does make me laugh because he refuses to talk or wb to my messages, shows what type of person he is.

they cant find him apparently. ive given them his mums address which is where i KNOW he is 60% of the time. hes changed his phone number & also ignoring the banks etc.. claiming he doesnt have one.
he works cash in hand & claims JSA (ive dobbed him in)


i dunno, they just dont seem to be helping me.

that would make me so angry. my fob lterally does not want to see me or or daughter so if he didnt i would go to his house and demand he pays. it gets me that these 'men' who chose not to be around their childs life, making our jobs as mum harder and they still try and get out of paying. i feel that is the least they should do.

Good for you Hun. He needs to be responsible and pay his way. I wish men had wombs and gave birth, I really do or at least we could do a Harry Potter and cast a spell and make them pregnant and then tell them we have nothing to do with it, go deal with it yourself. ;-)
