If I was to move and not tell FOB THEN put my application in - would they send him paperwork which contained my new address?

Also, would a solicitor/court be able to track me down through the CSA?

I am not thinking of moving so he can't see his daughter - I just don't want him to know where I live and just meet up instead!

Under data protection your personal details will never be given out x x

i have speciafically told the csa and my solicitor not to hand out my details and to be extra careful about sending paperwork containing anything with any of my personal details.

they cant hand it out but if you tell them not too they will be extra careful.

I think solicitor's told my OH that they would have had to go through court's to get his ex's detail's from CSA, so I think they can but it would be a long costly process.
Also just to warn you, if your ex went to solicitor's and they did get your address some how, they wont think twice about giving it FOB. We ended up with OH's ex's address that was on a letter that had been sent out to her, and EX ended up with our address plus OH's mobile number from a letter that had been sent to us (her solicitor's had photo copied the original letter and sent it her, same with our's)
