im just looking abit of advice. Based on my ex husbands wage im entitled to £205 per month CSA based on him having the baby up to 52 nites a year. (which obviously works out once a week) which i think id be happy enough with. Although ex has got it into his head that if he requests more nights a week (he is saying 3) and I refuse to grant him these nites that he wont have to pay as much.
Do any of u have any experience on this to know if this is true or not. He is not getting my child 3 nites a week!! he can barely look after himself never mind a baby.
I know based on the CSA website that the more often the father has the child the less money they have to pay to the mother, but if he requests more and I refuse and he only has (s)he one night a week will my payment of £205 drop due to his requests for more access?

Coz if tahts the case I know he will demand 3 or 4 nights per week purposely so he has to pay less money.

Grrrrr my blood is boiling :growlmad:

not sure. my ex hasnt seen my eldest in 5yrs, let alone look after him overnight. yet the amount i get from him has gone down by £30 a month as according to him i wont let him see his son!

there is a court order that gives him access at my house or at visitation center every saturday (this is in place due to him walking out and not staying in touch!

No, just because he requests the extra days and you have said no, doesn't mean payments we lower. It just means if he is actually serious about having the LO 3 or 4 nights a week and you dont want him to then he will have to take you to court to get it done. But payments will stay the same while thats going on x

ive never heard of that being the case.. surely theyd all try that one if it meant paying lesS?
