so my ex partner (fob) earns £120 a week, lives at home and doesn't pay his mum keep or anything, phoned the CSA today and they say if I claim I will get £10 a week :/ :/

plus he also has another baby due in October so when that happens we will both only get £6 a week :|

so he has over £100 a week to buy toys while I'm sat here struggling

why do they get away with so much :/

might not even bother claiming, whats the point

It's ridiculous how much they get away with. I chose not to claim anything and I have no contact with my ex. Hope you're ok xx

Im sorry but hes a ass........Needs too grow up!!! Those babys need too come first always!!!!

Sometimes CSA seems like a pointless waste of time. I go through CSA FOB has a good job and it pays well so my payments aren't a problem. FOB wanted the payments to be taken from CSA rather than him but nearly three weeks later I was still waiting so he changed it so he'd pay me direct, we haven't had any problems and we don't talk about it. He knows the date he has to pay by and without fail it is there.

They had excuse after excuse about why my money wasn't in my bank, oh it is a bank holiday, call back on tuesday, it should be in by 10th. ended up with it on 18th!

i'm supposed to get £5 a week, havn't any anything since April 2012. I have given up on CSA now if I am honest... i'm better off without the £5
