cSA Update 2 - DNA being ordered.

So they finally contacted him today and he responded by saying he never met anyone by my name - *******! anyhow DNA now happening. Process is he will be sent for his (they fax over the details to DNA comp today) once he has done his test I will be written to and me and Lily will go in for ours. I asked how do I know its him that did the test - they said his doctor has to sign a picture and that gets sent to the CSA. I said but yeah that still doesnt confirm its him. I asked what happened after that and they said well if test comes back negative then I can request to see the picture, if it turns out not to be him and I can confirm that then its a prison sentence for him

I am soooo hoping he sends someone else lol!

As he has lied about his earnings they have now sent me the variation forms which I sent back today showing evidence of all his assets and earnings - I so hope they can do what they say they can

Had a massive run in with him today at work as well and told him to just fucking leave - leave and leave me and Lils in peace otherwise I was going to make his working life hell... Please let it have worked

Csa are so slow and until parentage is assummed u wont get it backdated ,...so though he will pay eventually he will get away with missing the 1st few months of paying x

What an absolute ass he is SAM. Thing is, do you think he might give you more trouble claiming CSA? My FOB would more than likely be exactly the same as yours. Hes bullied and intimidated me to such an extent that I am afraid to go to CSA as he will then make my life and that of the babies hell, anything to cause me to suffer. So although I am not sure how I am going to manage, I am still afraid to go to CSA. Do you think that once he starts paying, he will want to see Lily? And start giving you a hard time.

Oh I think he will definatley pay. All he keeps on saying when I talk to him about financial stuff is "Ive never not agreed to pay but I want you to go through CSA for it" not sure why he wants that, but I do think he will pay. Although I think he wants to go CSA route to declare low earnings from being self employed so that is why I have sent all his annual accounts, all the copies of shares, banks accounts etc over to CSA yesterday. Apparently the minimum he has to pay me is £160 is a month. but with his huge salary he can dream on. Re him seeing Lilly then I dont think so - I dont think he will ever want to see her and now I dont think I want him to see her, I think I have just gone past that now. I know (as he let it slip up) that his parents are waiting on the DNA results to be done before they make their move, and I just dont know how I feel abou that? They live like 5 mins away from me...

Anyhow enough of me - you all organised etc?

Hun dont be afraid to go to CSA you can tick the boxes that say not to declare any info about your whereabouts to him, he should pay for the life he made.

she should get it back dated from the day she phoned up and put the case into their systems i did a dna test through the csa and this is the info they told me and when he takes his passport sized pics into the doctors the doctor has to check it to make sure its him on the pic and then signs the back of it x

Unfortunately they dont back date to claim started, only when he agrees parentage so if that takes months then I will be months out.
