Before you go down the route of CSA, is there no chance you could thought things out just you and your children's father?
I only say this because CSA can be a nightmare to deal with and apparently take a long time to get anywhere. When I separated with the girls dad we sorted things out between us because a friend of mine didn't see a penny for months after originally contacting them for support.
