Okay so we arent entitled to ctc anymore as based on last years wages we earn over the 26k BUT they are keeping the claim open incase of any changes. Do I automatically get a renewal pack and when will it come through?
I think they will owe us approx £100 from 2011-2012 as I was on maternity leave for 29 weeks so wages were quite a bit lower. Also between april & mid june this year I am on smp still so wage will be lower than norma & I am going back reduced hours so even though in a general year we will earn approx 500 over the 26k this year (2012-2013) we will earn less than the 26k so I am hoping come next april they will owe us a little then or will they pay it this year?
