Cup cakes as a valentines gift???

I was thinking about sending my husband these for Valentines Day

Has anyone ever had cup cakes delivered as a Valentines day gift? Were they any good? They are not cheap with delivery but I wanted to send him something as a surprise.

Mine would never look that good though...maybe I'll just buy some heart shaped cutters and bake some valentines cookies instead
