Cure for PMS please!!!!!!

Well stupid me goes and gets my hopes all high for this cycle.....God knows why, I should know now what to expect

And as usual right on time AF decides to show, I'm spotting.
Whoopdeefuckingdoo.

Anyway, I'm leaving for my sisters wedding in two days, I'm travelling interstate with both my parents and my husband, so confined to a car for two straight days with them.

I hate the world right now and don't want to be touched/spoken to or felt sorry for.

Whats some things I can do to relieve PMS? Is there a certain herb, drink, pill?

Clutching at straws here girls....

Or I may drive us all off a cliff before we reach Melbourne!!

I have one word for you.................CHOCOLATE!!!!!!!
Sorry the darn it B***h showed up! Im now overdue and all tests are negative and I have PMS from hell, so again another dudd and now my cycles are getting longer again to boot! I cried like a baby last night as we had no choc in the house (im on diet and lost 9lbs and have being so good) so i cried until OH went and got me some! What a mess LOL!
As for in a car in close proximity, ear plugs and valium!
So sorry she got u hunni, perhaps we can be cycle buddies if she shows up for me in the next 24 hrs.
