Curious pain around hip almost 13 weeks

So basically what happened was I held my pee for a while because frankly I was feeling a bit lazy and didn't want to get up and I didn't feel like I was going to wet myself. When i finally did go to the bathroom I got a weird sharp cramp on my right side around my hip area, I'm not sure if I should be worried or if it was because I held my pee for so long that the rapid release of pressure caused a round ligament pain, it lasted for about a minute and was really bad but then subsided. I did check the paper just to make sure there was no bleeding or anything but it was just weird that it caused me to cramp like that.

If in doubt call your dr but if it was just a short jab i'd day it was prob RLP. I get annoyed when I wake up or have to get up just to pee at night but holding it can lead to urinary incontinence which is awful. I have to force myself to get up sometimes and remind myself of that lol.

look up SPD too.
