cycle after a mc?

I'm sure this has been asked a million times, but do you count a m/c as CD1? Mine was chemical, and my period came only a day after it was supposed to, but it lasted about 7 days (usually only 3-4) So I charted CD 1, now I am into my chart a bit and I don't think I have ovulated yet... Should have maybe 3-4 days ago, but temps are still low and no ewcm. I am VERY regular text book 28 day girl and I know it has something to do with the mc, I am just wondering when things will go back to normal.

It could take awhile for your cycles to sort out. That's not abnormal after a miscarriage.

Yes, CD1 could be recorded as when you first bled.
