Cycle change after MC

I had a mc at 8 weeks on Nov 6th. The first month we weren't trying so I didn't track my cycle at all. This is the second cycle since mc. I usually ovulate cd14 and I'm now cd 20 with no ovulation in sight. My question is what did everyone's cycle/ ovulation do after mc? I'm wondering if this is no ovulation month or just delayed?

Sorry for your loss Miscarriage can really mess with your cycle, sometimes change it completely. I don't do opks, I only ever tracked my ovulation by cm...but that hasn't been super reliable for me lately. It took a couple of months for my cycles to get back to somewhat normal.

Thank you tcinks. I figured it would take awhile I guess I'm just impatient and it feels like forever.

I just read a little about your selah it definitely made me cry. I'm so so so so sorry for your losses. I couldn't possibly imagine. Are you currents trying again? If so I wish you tons of baby dust!
