Cyclogest

I am on cyclogest and about 30 mins after using it I had to run to the loo. The whole thing appeared to have come out so I inserted another one. Should I have? I am scared that I might have exceeded my dosage.

I always went back to bed for half hour after inserting it, so much less messier. You won't over dose on it, I know people that are or on 1200mg per day so you be fine

Back passage is always an option too, no mess really
