Cyclogest

I have been put on 400mg x2 cyclogest. I have low progesterone and had a few losses. Normally I would cramp 6dpo and spot a day or 2 later. Anyway I'm 6dpo tomorrow and if say since about 3dpo I have had cramps on and off like period. I'm just worried it's not working or is this normal?

I've just been on it for a month & had a few days with mild cramps on & off making me think af was starting but I made it until 14dpo when I had to take a pregnancy test & stop taking if I wasn't pregnant. Unfortunately I wasn't but I did get to 14dpo which is amazing for me! My af is extra heavy this month which is rubbish tho!
