D&C.... Now what?

Long story short, on Friday after hours of medical negligence, I delivered my sleeping son at 17 weeks, and was taken to OR almost immediately after delivery for a d & c. This is my first one, my two previous losses were natural and all cleared out on it's own.
I Wasnt given any direction as to what happens now.... I don't know how long to expect bleeding, when to have sex again, when to start ttc again, am I allowed to exercise? Any advise would be helpful!

I don't know if you got any answers yet but this is what my dr told me after my D&C last week-pelvic rest (ie no intercourse) for two weeks, no exercising til bleeding stopped (or two weeks whichever comes first), and watch for funky smelling discharge/fever/excessive bleeding/large (lemon-sized) clots. He told me the bleeding *should* only last a week or so but it could take a little longer. I'm coming up on two weeks post-D&C and, while the bleeding has stopped and I'm not sore anymore, I'm still spotting pinkish-brown stuff 2-3 times a day. Enough to need a pantyliner.
