Daily spend thread....

£4 on a day rider bus ticket
£23 in Asda on birthday present

Me today, nada. Was broke for the week as of Thursday AM. This week was a killer. Hubby probably would have helped but I won't let him. As far as I am concerned, my bills or my share, my responsibility. And as long as all the majors are paid, I don't care if I have nothing left for myself each week. All this month are killers actually (especially end of the month and I have 2 sets of custom sheets for baby to pay for) but September is calm again and I can do the extras I am missing I usually do each week - such as Starbucks and a full tank of fuel. I've been that person of late who has had no choice but to put all her faith in the fuel light and prays to God I don't come to a stop before payday.

Mind you, I do everything on payday. I work on a weekly budget and 95% of the time, I stick to it. If I do bits and pieces any more often than that I tend to blow my budget and spend the following week tidying everything up. It just leaves me in an uncontrolled mess. So as a result, I do that and everything else goes out via AP or DD so if I need something else such as a doctor's visit or a script filled, my account is in credit. :)
