I'm wondering if it's for real too. Especially with the pictures. It just seems so wrong and disturbing that I can't imagine it's actually real. I've heard the same that they lose the ability to get milk out at a certain age but I can definitely say my DH has gotten milk out straight from the tap on me.(By accident) So it's not impossible.

Not sure but she had other little children so maybe she was still producing milk from breast feeding them and just continued with her dad

About the sucking reflex, we can all suck (I know you know this ). I know babies do it a certain way, but if a breastpump can get it out, im sure an adult could.
