    Hey girls

I just got my blood results back for day 2 and

FSH was 6.4 (below 9 is good)

LH was 2.8 (should be similar to FSH and under 7)

ESTRADIOL was 76 (over 75 indicates poor ovarian reserve or cyst)

I know the estradiol is only just over normal ranges but now i'm worried the vits i'm taking are ok or if there is other things to balance the estrogen a little better? I'm taking VIT b complex 100 for my 9 day LP (already up to 11 days in first month of taking them but had spotting for 3 days before AF)

    any thoughts welcome!!!

The elevated estra number could be caused by an ovarian cyst. Its not that over the normal range, however bear in mind elevated estra can artificially push your FSH number down, if due to poor ovarian reserve so its important to identify why the estra number is high.

I think vits are unlikely to have any bearing- these are hormonal tests. XX

thanks for replying. I've got my appointment with gynae on 16th so hopefully find out a bit more. They took the blood on day 1 because day 2 was the weekend, hope that doesn't have an effect on results???
