Day of Ovulation day before temp rise?

Hi there, I am a little confused as to work out exactly when I have O'd. I had a pos OPK in June on CD15, temp rise on CD17, and had a BFP end of the month - unfortunately I mc'd in July

Does that mean I O'd on CD16?

That sounds about right to me. You should O 12-36 hours after a positive opk and the temp rise does indicate O. So sorry for your loss. xxxx
