Dead fingers/arm anyone?

Is anyone else suffering with dead/fingers/arms caused by trapped nerves?

I had this problem late on in my first pregnancy but this time it seems to have kicked in at 11 weeks and the thought of putting up with it for 6 months is not good.

For me it's a trapped ulnar nerve which means my little and ring fingers feel numb and my lower arm. I went to the GP the end of last week who confirmed what it was but was useless in helping me cope with it.

Has anyone had any experience of this and found any tips/treatments that work and can be used while pregnant?

I get this a lot. Chiropractic really helps for me. Untraps it almost immediately. Otherwise not much to do but wait it out.

My right arm is asleep as I write this. While I have experiences this prior to pregnancy because I have two ruptured cervical discs in my neck, it never happened this often. It's a pain especially at night! I have no suggestions on reducing it though.
