I have been busy making lots of different purees for Annabelle to try and popping them in the freezer for later use.

Today she had a carrot cube which I left out to defrost and fed to her, but someone has said that I should have heated it thoroughly and then let it cool before feeding it to Annabelle. I am not concerned about the food being hot and she seems to enjoy it cold/room temperature so do I really need to heat and cool first for hygiene reasons?

Thanks!

I dont really know the right answer but I would think its ok? I defrost my cubes in a bottle/food warmer and just make sure its warmed through not especially hot

if you defrost over night in frige its fine not heating put if you havnt deforsted over night defrost in mic untill very hot and then let cool
