Aww big hugs-im thinking of moving australia be a better life for LO wouldnt want to do that and put LO in a position of being ferryd to and forth for fob tho,if u move and not stopping him then why cant he drive etc to c lo?x

Its a bit of a shady area hun. Your FOB can contest the move because you have to stay within a distance that is reasonable. I'm not sure what they class as reasonable but my friend managed to stop his ex from moving to Liverpool back to her parents because he wouldn't be able to travel to see his LO and she had to move within a 3 hour train ride or something along that.
