Its a bit of a shady area hun. Your FOB can contest the move because you have to stay within a distance that is reasonable. I'm not sure what they class as reasonable but my friend managed to stop his ex from moving to Liverpool back to her parents because he wouldn't be able to travel to see his LO and she had to move within a 3 hour train ride or something along that.
I live 2 minutes from FOB's mum and FOB's girlfriend, I am like in between both so I don't know all the details
