This is a question my friend wanted me to post because she doesn't have an account & she need answers.
(So I have a 5 year old son with my ex boyfriend and he is always paying child support but I have major trust issues with him. I do not like the way he walks in and out of our child life, so therefore, although we have a visitation date set by the court every other sunday... I do not want him having our son without his mother being around because he haven't been alone with him in two years. Is there anyway I can deny him visitation although the court set for him to see his son every other sunday? He's already missed a lot of sundays and now all of a sudden he wants to be around) If he takes me to court would I be in the wrong or would he? Now all of a sudden he wants to be around him son. What should I do? I've said he couldn't see his son last sunday due to him having to do something and now this sunday once I found out his mother wasn't going to be with him... I started having a change of heart. Can this make me look bad if he takes me to court? And is he still intitled to see his son on his day although he haven't in the past two years?
