Destressing

Anyone have any tips on how to destress? I've had the worst day I feel like I have red steam coming off me :cry:

I've had a long soak in the bath and still feeling really tense
 
The only thing that works for me is going for a walk, fresh air seems to calm me down really quickly.

Hope you find something that works, days like that are awful :hugs:
 
Thanks hun I would go for a walk but I can't go out my house alone as my neighbours follow me (long story) and my LO's are fast off in bed. I can't drink hot drinks so I can't even settle in bed with a hot choc or anything :dohh: x
 
I turn comp off, TV off, low music on, and just chill with a book or magazine to try and forget stuff
 
Do you have a foot spa or anything? Personally I sit down with a re-run of an old tv show, friends or scrubs. Something that I've seen so I can sit and not pay much attention. Also might help you to talk to someone, have a big rant with a friend or sibling? Feel better soon.:shrug:
 
I always read a book and have a cup of tea to destress.
 
Haha the wine sounds perfect! I'd be knocked out after one glass though I've not drank in so long :haha:
 
Wine, Music and Clubbing with the Girls...Music so load your ears ring.
Feels like nothing else is important.
