So DH and I want to start TTC next April so between now and then we want to get healthy and beat the bulge!
We aren't seriously over weight, I want to lose 2.5 stone and DH perhaps around 3-4 stone. Back to as we were when we first met 9 years ago.
I have PCOS and I think by losing the pounds it will booste my fertility. Dh has slightly lower than average motility, and again perhaps by shedding some it might help him in that department.
I've tried many diets but always alone so I get demotivated. Dh tried on his suit ahead of a wedding we're at this weekend and its too tight but it will do. This made him realise how much he had gained so we put our heads together and agreed to start on Sunday.
No point in doing it now as we're at this wedding Friday and Saturday.
